plasma - similar damage to HE ( +30%), smaller blast 6.8m (Note - 6.8m radius means less than half the area of the HE - 145m2 vs. Incendiary 75 damage blast, 6m radius - 30% of that of the 'standard', but +6 for 15s fire (+90) (Probably better against heavy armour, if you don't mind a slower kill and a MUCH smaller blast - 30DT will take 135 overall, vs. plasma 130 damage, 9.3m blast (doesn't look like much difference, but it's a square, so it's 75% of the area of the 'standard').
